The hotel was in a remote location amongst a beautiful valley with cascading waterfalls. Also, I truly enjoyed to be within 2 miles of Haugabreen:)))

The couple who ran the place were super friendly and helpful, always ready with suggestions and tips. The breakfast was scrumptious, with a good variety of choices. And the location was perfect for us as we wanted to explore the nearby hiking trails and bike around the area. Plus, they had bikes available for guests to use, which saved us the hassle of renting. Made our New Year trip extra special!
The hotel was a bit difficult to reach if you didn't have a car. The nearest bus stop was quite a distance away, about 4 to 5 kilometers on the main road.

We stayed at a beautifully renovated farmhouse with modern amenities, including a gorgeous bathroom and bathtub. the farm-to-table style food cooked by the owner was delicious. the family running the inn were friendly, welcoming, and passionate about their farm and the area. the location was fascinating, remote, and next to a huge glacier.
Felt right at home, no complaints.
